We have created a way to make a 3D scan of your feet and match that profile with our own (and the world’s largest) database of 3D-scanned shoes. The fit we hope to find

To further strengthen our team in our Group Finance Department, we're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Bookkeeper who will support our daily financial operations and contribute to the smooth and accurate running of our accounting function. You will collaborate closely with the broader finance team and external partners in the countries we operate in. 

What you'll do  

• Support daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations. 

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. 

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. 

• Handle employee expenses and bank reconciliations. 

• Prepare and file tax and VAT declarations in coordination with external consultants. 

• Participate in the monthly closing procedures and financial reporting processes. 

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls. 

• Assist in audits and liaise with external accounting providers as needed. 

• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial processes and systems. 

• Support ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required. 

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. 

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 

• Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment is a plus. 

• Familiarity with Greek tax regulations and statutory reporting.
