We’re here to help people find that perfect fitting shoe every single time. We have created a way to make a 3D scan of your feet and match that profile with our own (and the world’s largest) database of 3D-scanned shoes. The fit we hope to find
We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and client-obsessed Account Manager to join our team in Athens. You’ll be the key partner for some of the world’s leading footwear retailers and brands - building trusted relationships, driving organic business growth, and ensuring our clients get the most value out of SafeSize 3D foot scanning solutions.
This is a pivotal role within our commercial organization: you will oversee a portfolio of key accounts and lead a team of Account Executives who manage project implementations. You’ll act as an extension of your clients’ teams - understanding their business, anticipating needs, and proposing data-driven solutions that help them innovate in retail, boost sales, and elevate customer experience.
What you’ll do
Client Partnership & Growth
Own and grow relationships with key clients and regional portfolios, ensuring long-term satisfaction and performance;
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, challenges, and opportunities, proactively suggesting strategies and new initiatives;
Drive organic growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities and developing tailored proposals;
Lead negotiations, oversee contract renewals, and contribute to forecasting and revenue planning;
Account Management & Execution
Oversee daily account operations with support from your Account Executive team, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery;
Track and analyze KPIs, usage data, budgets, and financial performance across accounts - ensuring accuracy, transparency, and action where needed;
Manage commercial documentation including contracts, renewals, and project plans;
Create impactful presentations, reports, and business reviews for clients and management;
Travel to meet clients, strengthen partnerships, and drive commercial outcomes;
Collaboration & Guidance
Partner with Account Executives to ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction;
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to align client needs with SafeSize internal priorities;
Act as the voice of the customer - sharing insights, challenges, and ideas to influence product and service innovation.
Job requirements
What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account, or Commercial roles - ideally in retail, or SaaS environments
Proven track record of growing client relationships, meeting commercial goals, and leading client-facing projects
Strong analytical and financial acumen - confident with KPIs, budgets, and data-driven reporting
Experience managing teams and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel and build face-to-face client connections
