Job description

What we do

No matter if you’re the biggest sports fanatic, have a ‘minor’ shoe addiction or you own just one pair of sneakers, you know that finding the “perfect” shoe can be challenging. We’re here to help people find that perfect fitting shoe every single time. We have created a way to make a 3D scan of your feet and match that profile with our own (and the world’s largest) database of 3D-scanned shoes. Our goal is to inspire people to do what they love in maximum comfort, whether it’s running a marathon, dancing all night or simply going for a stroll in the park.  As an employer, we strive to translate this philosophy into a happy and balanced lifestyle for all our team members, giving them the opportunity to grow and thrive while doing what they love.

The fit we hope to find

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales Team in Athens. This is a role that sits at the heart of our commercial operations - supporting our Sales & Account Managers and acting as the liaison between our Sales, Finance and Logistics departments.

You’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: from maintaining accurate sales/client data to coordinating orders, assisting with invoicing, and supporting new business activities. If you enjoy working with data, numbers, and people - and love keeping things organized and accurate - this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the daily liaison between the Sales/Account Management team and internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Admin);

  • Handle all sales and account administration, including but not limited to:

    • Updating client information in ERP/CRM systems;

    • Creating and tracking purchase orders and invoices;

    • Checking billing accuracy and following up with clients and Finance;

    • Managing price lists, contract renewals, and reconciliations;

    • Maintaining up-to-date price lists, reports, and reconciliations to ensure smooth commercial operation;

    • Liaising with the Logistics team to track shipment status, delivery costs, and timelines;

  • Support the Chief Commercial Officer with new business research, identifying potential leads and contacts, and helping prepare proposals;

  • Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for the Chief Commercial Officer when needed.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation standards.

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Support, Coordination, Administration, or Financial Support role

  • Strong numerical accuracy and confidence working with data, reports, and financial information

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail — you like keeping things on track and done right

  • Basic understanding of sales processes, invoicing, and financial administration

  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and good Excel skills

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn how different business functions connect

Who you are

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and dependable — you like getting the numbers right

  • A team player who communicates clearly and collaborates easily across departments

  • Service-minded, reliable, and solutions-focused — you enjoy helping things move forward

  • Curious and resourceful, with the ability to learn fast and adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Organized, efficient, and ready to take ownership of your tasks
