Job description

What we do

No matter if you’re the biggest sports fanatic, have a ‘minor’ shoe addiction or you own just one pair of sneakers, you know that finding the “perfect” shoe can be challenging. We’re here to help people find that perfect fitting shoe every single time. We have created a way to make a 3D scan of your feet and match that profile with our own (and the world’s largest) database of 3D-scanned shoes. Our goal is to inspire people to do what they love in maximum comfort, whether it’s running a marathon, dancing all night or simply going for a stroll in the park.  As an employer, we strive to translate this philosophy into a happy and balanced lifestyle for all our team members, giving them the opportunity to grow and thrive while doing what they love.

The fit we hope to find

We're looking for a Solutions Architect with a solid technical background and great customer skills. The ideal candidate should have great interpersonal skills and should be analytical, detailed, methodical, and highly organized, with a passion for technology and collaboration. To be successful in this role, you should enjoy complexity and learning about new and varied technologies such as front-end development, cloud infrastructure, computer vision, machine learning, hardware, networking and more. You should also feel comfortable interacting with colleagues and customers from around the world (we currently have customers in 63 countries!)

What you'll do

In this role you will act as the bridge between sales and product/engineering. You will gain a deep understanding of our products, features and end-to-end architecture, and you will become the single point of contact for our sales, account teams and customers for most technical conversations. You will participate in meetings with customers to educate them on the technical details of our products, and you will work with their technical teams to identify and design solutions for customizing and integrating our products into their stores and organizations. Additionally, using your sharp technical skills, you will handle independently customization requests and simple integrations when required, recognizing also when something needs to be escalated to engineering.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Work with the sales and account teams to understand customer needs and identify any customizations, integrations and new features required for our products.
  • Act as a technical advisor for our product, explaining its features and capabilities, integration points and identifying possible solutions to customer problems.
  • Support the sales team in conversations with the customers’ technical teams and through the contracting and project implementation phases (e.g., answering security questionnaires, communicating network requirements, communicating specs and documentation across teams).
  • Lead new customer implementations, including the configuration and customization of our applications, potentially taking on small coding tasks independently, and coordinating any work required by the engineering team.
  • Architect and implement integrations with customer systems (e.g., CRM, POS, BI).
  • Provide clear technical requirements to product and engineering for new features or enhancements based on customer feedback and solution design.
  • Leverage insights from customer interactions to identify areas where our product could be enhanced or optimized and help prioritize technical needs within the product roadmap.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to create high quality documentation and training material for customer solutions.
